How To Install Authority Blocks Themes

Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to installing all of our themes.

Step 1. Download Theme

In your Account Dashboard, click on Downloads and choose the theme you’d like to download.

Step 2. Install Kadence

Our themes are Kadence Child Themes and they require you to use the free Kadence Theme.

In addition, you will need to install the free Kadence Blocks plugin and the free Kadence Starter Templates plugin.

Additional plugins may be required for new themes.

Step 3. Upload Theme

Next, in your WordPress Admin, click on the Themes tab under Appearance.

Click on Add New Theme.

Click on Upload Theme and select the theme file you downloaded.

Click on Install Theme.

Once the theme has installed to your site, click on Activate.

Step 4. Import Content

Now, click on Starter Templates on the sidebar under Appearance > Kadence.

Choose the theme you uploaded.

Click on Start Importing (this may take a few minutes).

Once it’s finished importing, head to the front-end to see the Authority Blocks theme in action.

Step 5. Make Adjustments

Now it’s time to add your logo, branding, colors, etc. You may also need to reset the menus and add a link to any call to action button. You can do all of this from the WordPress Customizer.
