This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Authority Blocks, including our template library and any associated tools or services (collectively referred to as the “Service” or “Product”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not use our Service.
License Grant
- Personal & Commercial Use
- You are permitted to use Authority Blocks to create End Products for your own personal projects or for your clients. An “End Product” refers to a customized implementation of our components in your final website or application.
- You may not redistribute, sell, or share our components, even if modified. This includes providing components to third parties or creating competing products.
- Single-Use License
- Templates imported directly from Authority Blocks are licensed on a single-use basis. This allows you to use the components in your projects but prohibits you from distributing them or creating products that compete with Authority Blocks.
- You are allowed to modify or combine templates with other works to create derivative works. However, these derivative works must comply with the terms of this license.
- Unlimited-Use License
- Templates imported directly from Authority Blocks are licensed on an unlimited-use basis. This allows you to use the components in your projects but prohibits you from distributing them or creating products that compete with Authority Blocks.
- You are allowed to modify or combine templates with other works to create derivative works. However, these derivative works must comply with the terms of this license.
Restrictions
- Redistribution: You cannot re-distribute, sell, or otherwise make the components available to others. This includes copying or modifying components and then offering them on marketplaces or private channels.
- Non-Transferable: Your license is limited to your personal use or use by your direct clients. You may not transfer, sublicense, or otherwise share the components with third parties.
- Direct Copying: Do not copy and paste components directly from Authority Blocks into other repositories or platforms without modification. Each component includes unique encoded signatures to prevent unauthorized distribution.
Account Use
Accounts are intended for use by a single individual. If you need a license for multiple users, please contact us for a team license.
Limitations of Liability
Authority Blocks and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
Modifications
We reserve the right to revise this License Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
